Who are we

• Deva.school is a caring health&wellbeing coaching platform for IT/startup people who want to feel more energy every day, prevent burnout, and live longer
• Deva launched in January 2021 in Russia/Eastern Europe and is growing 50% monthly. We already developed a proprietary coaching methodology, built a low-code MVP (wellbeing diagnostics, processes, back, Telegram bot), and onboarded the first 6 health coaches (graduates from US health coaching schools) who on average have high retention with our clients
• Now we are launching a new brand in the US - deva.health. To do that successfully we are looking for a middle product manager

Who we are looking for

• A “can-do” experienced product. Who has worked in global B2C startups and with experience of actually building products
• 2-4 years of experience and great English

What to do

• In the US: together with the CEO launch and build a product. At first - reusing current no-code MVP. Later - building a heavy data science product (AI coach)

What we are looking for in a product

• High-energy leader and risk-taker (not in a burnout right now🙂)
• Has worked in product teams in seed/series A B2C startups (ideally in companies fewer than 50 people)
• Empathy and "getting things done" - our core values
• Experience with no-code/low-code (e.g. Integromat, Airtable, Bubble) - we could test different hypotheses with no-code before we switch to a full-stack development
